The hotel was nice and the location was good. The problem we had was the staff was extremely rude. We went for breakfast the morning we were leaving and the staff treated us like we were an inconvenience. We had our bags a were trying to locate our breakfast vouchers. We were able to locate one but couldn’t find the other. My husband was going to go back to the room to check for it but the staff was super upset and forced us to pay $15 for the fruit we put on a second plate before they would let us leave. They treated us like we were trying to steal their food when we were clearly staying there. We just paid and left without finishing our food because we were so offended.

We arrived late (we called to let them know in advance), and they had given away our two queen room (it was a family of four; my wife was not please about a sofa bed). The building is great, the breakfast was solid

Beautiful property conveniently located walking distance to Wiseguys. I had two issues I reported to the front desk when I came down and bought snacks. He was apologetic but didn’t offer to comp my water which he should have considering the issue was regarding a water bottle. Parking situation is a little confusing. An email sent prior to arrival would solve that. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
