This Aloft is in a great location right by the airport. Staff was also very friendly. However, the property itself needs some attention. I switched out of my first room because when I went to use the phone, a saw bugs scatter from under (the phone). Similar to other reviews - The shower is poorly designed - water leaks out and also the shower head is not adjustable; poor caulking work throughout.

I would like them to have more variety of food, the truth is that the hotel seems expensive to me and then they offer you little food and expensive, I have paid for cheaper hotels that offer food at breakfast and more variety.

I would ask for Aloft to work on their food. I had the tacos and they were not that good. I had to put ranch on them to drown the sadness.

Great location close to airport and hospital. I only rated it good because they can’t even provide decent coffee, it’s watered down garbage. Why can’t they get a basic service like coffee right ?! Unacceptable. But would stay again.
