My two cents.
Location was great. Our room had a balcony and the Christmas lights on the river walk looked amazing. The room was okay, but the floors were dirty. I ended up putting on brand new white socks and I kid you not they turned black. The pillows were flat and made it a bit uncomfortable. The king size bed was soft. We also heard lots of slamming doors throughout the night. But overall is was okay.

The best experience we have had in a hotel to date. Starting with Snow at the front desk for checkin She was friendly, helpful, plesent and very professional. We would stay there on any recurring trips.

Great location and great staff. Hotel is a bit dated in some spots. You can see they are upgrading. Only one complaint was the rental car we valeted, at a cost of a steep $42 a night, smelled like weed when it was brought to us. Thankfully it was only once. We were able to air it out before returning it.
