First let me say that the staff was most accommodating and were helpful every step of the way. One thing in the reviews that is really not addressed is that there are many restaurants and I mean whatever you crave, there’s a place to visit. If you enjoy quiet and serenely beautiful atmosphere, then this is the place for you. I know some people like the party and bars but if you seek relaxation, Wind Chimes is the place to be.

So Glad I chose this hotel. It was beautiful, Quiet, and close to everything. The staff was wonderful and Ioved the coffee every morning. Definitely going back there.

My boyfriend and I have stayed at both hotels now and they're nice but they need updating. The staff was very helpful. I think that maybe housekeeping in the rooms should be done on a daily basis because of the tile floors get sandy and when you walk on the floor and it gets in the bed. I put a towel on the floor by the bed so I wouldn't get the sand on the sheets.

No breakfast included like it says in website , they did not clean my room while i was staying there, no ice, no parking i was one hour and 45 min looking for a parking near and had to carry all my luggage 3 blocks away
