What make the hotel a nice places is the staff. The rooms are average. I requested a room handicapped accessible. I get a room with a bigger bathroom door however the person who designed the bathroom for sure is not handicap or have experience with a handicap person. The toilet is extremely low and the sink is very small and inconvenient.

I was very disappointed with the hotel. Compared to the other 4-5 star hotels Iā€™ve been to this hotel was a let down. Very bad service and dinning. The food was bad and over priced. Not to mention the hotel was under construction when we were there. I was expecting more from this hotel and was greatly underwhelmed.

Beautiful hotel. Our first room was awful, small, and old. The front desk staff got me a new beautiful room immediately. Good Staff. Great breakfast buffet. Other food just ok. Fernando at the towel desk could not have been nicer. He was lovely to everyone and was someone you will enjoy talking to. He should be the face of the hotel. I am sure everyone will remember him as a high point of their vacation. We enjoyed our stay.

GREAT hotel!! HIGHLY recommend!!
I only rated this hotel 5 stars because I couldnā€™t give it 6 stars. The staff is wonderful and the GM (Orlando) is awesome. Staff makes you feel welcome and APPRECIATED!! Property is beautiful with a great pool and beach area. Great dining and a decent casino (if thatā€™s your thing). Something for everyone and I recommend this place 12 out of 10.

The location was awesome. The room smelled like mold. The Latina concierge was rude. The fees were not as advertised especially for the fact theyā€™re charging you elevated resort fees for the pools and chairs but there was never anyone at the swim up bar and no one delivered drinks to the pool area. The employees that were in the restaurant and bar area were very kind . Our honeymoon was disrupted every morning by hotel construction - no notice - just random annoying noises and vibrations. Iā€™d go back to PR but probably stay elsewhere.
