HORRIBLE PLACE!!! It’s not a hotel!!! No staff no receptionist. Someone I called from the number online picked up driving in traffic. Didn’t stay not one night impossible to get a refund. BIG SCAM STAY AWAY!!!

Room was very clean, host was very responsive and very helpful. The Rooftop needs a lot of work. It was full of pigeons and in unusable shape. It needs a little bit of love and minor maintenance details but overall it was good. Would stay again if they fixed the rooftop

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this property. First, an exterminator is badly needed. Ants are everywhere, which made the stay very uncomfortable! They also only give you one set of towels. The positives are that this location is very close to a supermarket, plenty dining options, and the beach. Definitely worth spending a little more money to stay in PR comfortably.

No parking and area is unsafe with high crimes . So if you have to park 1/4 mile away and walk …well. You get the idea . Roaches in my room . No house rules and no vetting of customers do there was always shouting , banging and other noise that didn’t let me sleep at all .

Great location for cruise port as cheap Uber, walking distance to the beach very helpful staff, basic but clean , good air conditioning. Would book again for a short stay.

This is like an air b&b i thought my room was perfect for my experience traveling solo. Its a perfect efficiency location. Every 2 days i asked for fresh towels. Its near alot of cool bars and nightclubs and beaches.

great place to stay for a night. easy check in with clear instructions. little humidity in the room since there are no windows but other than that a great place to stay. It was clean, great hot water in the shower. No parking in the area, but that's SJ. I would definitely stay again.
