The views from anywhere on the property will keep you wanting to go back! All of the staff were friendly and looking to make your time there the best it can be. We loved the beach, the pools, and the restaurant options. We never saw the swim up bar open which I was looking forward to and was surprised when that wasnt the adult only pool. Our original room the floor was wet and overlooked the main pool. We went down and explained we were there on our honeymoon and that wasnt the vibe we were looking for. They quickly got our room changed to a quieter part of the hotel and had the exact view we were looking for. We had a great trip and would happily stay there again.

Loved the property. However the particular room that I had was coldish which made all my belongings feel moist as well as the bedding. I noticed that water was collecting on the ceiling on my next to last day there as well as a blackish color forming on the ceiling. The next morning I stopped by and spoke with the manager about the issue. I felt that there was mold building up on the ceiling. She stated that she could change me to another room, however that would be senseless since i was leaving the next morning. She stated that all she could then would be to give me a credit and I said that would be fine. She asked me if I had booked through Expedia and I told her I had. I did take pictures of the ceiling issues and would be happy to send them to you. I look forward to seeing the refund. In addition I noticed that a number of the rooms in the section that I was in was in the process of going through rehab.

The entire stay there was construction near and above my room which I had not been notified of prior to booking my trip. I mean this was consistent drilling and jack hammering during daylight hours. When I spoke with management, they dismiss my inability to rest due to ruckus and advise that “It was notified” which, it had not been. There were no notices on anything that I’d received from Expedia nor Wyndham. Also, EVERYTHING COSTS A LOT. There are literally not free amenities here. And you also don’t have access to the menu from all of the restaurants on the property as room service. The beach will eat you alive depending on the time of day you visit (sand fleas) so take precautions and bring insect repellent. The staff have big warm smiles and friendly as heck.

The staff at this location is amazing. They treated us very well. The property is beautiful and clean. The hallways are clean the outside property is beautiful. The biggest disappointment was our room. It was humid, moldy. There was mold on the lamp shade, mold on the ceiling. There was mold on the picture that was hanging. Our sheets had some rust stains. It makes no sense how wydham has not upgraded these rooms. Add a fan in the restroom to help with the humidity. The food at the location was mediocre. I would not stay here again. Again the staff was very kind!

The property is nice but on the older side; however, it looks better in the pictures. Pools are nice but the hot tub in the main pool was not working. Beach is ok, not as beautiful as Jamaica and Mexico. It's not convenient for family because all their restaurants are over priced and there are no microwave in the rooms. We were able to warm up our food by the roots to go area. Shout out to Magna Williams, one of the supervisor. She accommodated us and was very nice. It is a pet friendly resort and I felt like the 5 floor smelled like a wet dog. I complained and was told that it's a pet friendly resort. Also, this is a cashless resort and we were not aware of that. I personally will not be going back to this property.

The room I stayed in wasn’t clean. They were painting in the hallway and my mom has health issues which affected her and she ended up going to our other family members room. They didn’t come and change the sheets etc until the next day in the evening when we kept calling. Our family didn’t get the room they book and they moved them away from our room and wouldn’t accommodate to keep our rooms together. It was hard to get towels and service there was not great. The room we book wasn’t even sea view. We had a corner view. The room had a very bad smell and they wouldn’t give us something to get rid of the smell. The lady came and sprayed the room and had to come back again to spray it but smell still there. So we went out to buy something for the smell since they wouldn’t take care of it…We will not go there again

We enjoyed the convenience of having the pools and the beautiful beach right there. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options and Puerto Rican food. The staff was friendly and genuinely helpful. Lots of activities and very family friendly on the hotel side.
