A very positive stay. Friendly staff in a beautiful historic home with a beautiful yard and gardens. We enjoyed breakfast on the spacious porch. Free on-site parking is much appreciated as well as continental breakfast with freshly sliced strawberries and blurleberries.

We had a great night-- very walkable to everything in the center of Lenox, and a short drive to Tanglewood! We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Very nice place to stay. Very convenient to Tanglewood. Only slight quibbles were that bed was too big for room (or room too small for bed), and bathroom very tiny.

The Whitlock was a charming vintage hotel. It is well located in downtown Lenox yet quiet. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Staff is warm and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay

We stayed in the Dewey - a quaint B&B in an old historic home. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Only quirk was that we thought we were staying in the Constance, but upon checking in, we were directed to another of the group’s properties on the other side of Lenox, which meant that our planned walk to Tanglewood was now a drive. We’d stay again though.

They ran out of breakfast items before 9. Lastly they ran out of coffee!!! There were not enough parking spaces provided and we had to park in front of the dumpster. Information about parking was no provided. There is no elevator to the second floor and the stairs were steep.

I thought the hotel was price-gauging because Tanglewood was going on. For a room that was close to $500 the room was on the third floor that had a bed desk chair and part of it was in the eve of the roof which made most of the small space unusable. No amenities. Would never return. Btw the picture on the Expedia website wasn’t even close to the room we got.
