The restaurant outside had great food although the service in general of this hotel was not so great. I dont know if it was because me and my family are white but they disregarded anything we would tell them and go on with their duties. I asked for towels a total of 4 times to different housekeepers and no one was able to bring me clean towels after 4 hours of waiting. I didnt want them to clean my room, the least they could have done was bring me clean towels to shower. I also went to the pool the next day and asked the lady for a menu and she never brought it then i asked another girl and she said she wasn't working in the area. I had to go uo to the bar and give a complaint because it seemed like nobody wanted to work or attend us. This hotel has had the worst service i have ever experienced in my life.

Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant. Cleanliness mediocre. Staff tries their best but they have to work with the limited resources given to them . Room smelled was unpleasant. I asked the staff if they could use some sort of air refresher and they said they do not have any. You have to ask for proper towels. Overall they need to upgrade their cleanliness a lot and make it a pleasant experience.

Stayed at this property for 4 days. The room was not cleaned after several days of complaining. The cleaner showed up and made the bed but did not clean the room. Our room was facing the front of the hotel, it was terribly noisy, loud and I could not sleep. I would not recommend this hotel for more than one night stay.

The staff always have a smile on their faces and always willing to help. They work with limited resources hence the output. Daily housekeeping lacks a thorough cleaning. The sinks are not cleaned , there are stains all over the faucets , counter areas, the chairs and tables in the room is heavily stained. I did not sit on the chairs. The room has a musky and foul odour. The staff said that they do not have an air refresher to take it away as management doesn’t offer such services. Towels are small and if you ask for larger ones some days it’s available and some not . Soap is not provided or the bottle water. Once I asked I got them. Overall, for the price they should do much better. Breakfast was good .

The staff are very unprofessional and rude. Our room had a leak with a puddle of water. The bathroom was all filthy with mold and Meldue. Asthmatics should not stay at this hotel the carpet are filthy and the entire place was beyond disgusting. The entire hotel and staff needs a an overhaul

There is need for significant improvement on food safety standards, room services and preparation prior to check in, waiting staff response and presentation, front desk staff communication and response time. This property was presumed to be a family friendly location however there were evidence of inappropriate activity such as prostitution and drug use. In general I love the location of the property and the proximity to outside amenities. There were a few staff that demonstrated friendly demeanor.

The hotel is upgrading slowly and the common areas are decent. Breakfast was okay. The room I was given, beds were comfortable but the AC unit was not working and was rattling extremely loud, I had to turn it off to get some sleep. Unfortunately there was no alternative air source other than opening the balcony doors.
