Pros: convenient to underground, close to tower, sleek and modern Cons: tiny. Several mirrors which creating deceiving images online that it is bigger than it is, beds are awful. I travel a lot for work and I can say with confidence, that this is without a doubt the worst bed I’ve ever slept in. Phone in room didn’t work so could not call desk for additional items needed or room service, so had to go down to lobby.

Our stay at Tower Hill Blue Orchid suites was wonderful. Location was perfect for the train/transportation. We got everywhere easily. It is just across from Tower of London which was fantastic. The area was not mobbed with tourists which we loved! The suite was very good. I did expect two truly separate rooms and it was not because it had a large, full kitchen running between the two with about 6 feet by 4 feet of countertop. It was useful but I was expecting to be able to close them off from each other and it could not. I did not care for the lack of storage. The cupboard configuration gave very little storage. We requested extra hangers and hung everything. Service was excellent. Room service, excellent as well. Bartender in pub was very helpful and chatty. Always a good thing. Italian restaurant was very good. Service was top notch!

Location was great, very near the tube. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfy. Service could be better though - some of the reception/check-in staff were on the stand-offish side, though the concierge staff were very kind and helpful.

The hotel was great Except the beds. The mattresses were rock hard so after a week we are all feeling how uncomfortable they were. The over hotel, location, rooms were awesome. Just the beds were bad
