Nice place to stay - small pool and no breakfast available but super convenient to all the dining and shopping. Our host Demetrius was very helpful and friendly - he gave great recommendations for dinners !

This was a very central location and it was easy to get to everything. The room was well laid out and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a bit disappointing, but the pool was lovely! Our experience was tainted when the hotel cancelled the room of one our group members the day before we were to leave for our trip. We were 4 couples travelling together. Also the email that was sent to them was only in Greek and luckily we were able to translate it. They had to scramble to find a hotel and it was an 8 minute walk away. It complicated our days and took away from family time. Neither Expedia nor the hotel took responsibility and we were really disappointed. The gentleman at the front desk, Dimitri, was quite rude to us when we checked in ( condescending ) and aggressively tried to get us to buy a tour package through him. He never apologized on behalf of the hotel for the cancellation and just shrugged his shoulders when we asked him what happened. Luckily we were able to manage with everything but we would have really liked some kind of apology from the hotel or Expedia. Another disappointing issue was parking. We had rented a vehicle for 2 days and we were assured that parking wouldn’t be a problem. It was. That being said, the property is very nice and very centrally located.

The actual room was very nice and clean. Hot tub was cold which was a big minus. The host was friendly but was adamant on going to Ferry Port early since its "busy" and booked our transport time for that. Only took 15 minutes to get there. We waited 2 hours there which was a terrible experience. All in all nice spot

Lovely hotel, lovely room in nice part of Fira
Great hotel in a nice part of Fira (5 minute walk from town centre). The receptionist Dimitirios was friendly, helpful and on hand if you had a question or needed help with bookings for different things. Very happy I chose to stay here. Will consider staying here again next time I visit Santorini and will recommend this place to others.

GREAT hotel stay and experience! The suite was way more spacious than we pictured. It had a nice size bedroom with a connected living room (dining table with chairs couch with coffee table) and big bathroom. Housekeeping came every day and kept the whole place incredibly clean. The view was pretty nice especially at sunrise and the private hot tub on the private balcony was amazing. Its location in Fira is perfect - walking distance to Theotokopoulos main square, Firostefani square, the cable car (and steps) down to the old part, the starting point of the hike to Imerovigli/skaros rock/Oia, the three bells of Fira and the public bus station which can take you pretty much everywhere. But the best part of the hotel, by far, was the manager, Dimitrios. He always made himself available, was incredibly helpful and super personable. We enjoyed checking in with him every day just to talk about how our days were going. (Also as a side note, the bus is the cheapest option to get to the hotel from the airport but a bit of a trek if you’re first getting there and don’t know where you’re going. Next to that, booking the car service through Altemar Suites is a much cheaper option than any taxi you’d pre-book or find there.)

This is a wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It does not have the Caldera vibe or sunset view but you get to watch the sunrise from your bedroom/ patio or even private Veranda (if you are lucky to get the pent house like we were). It is 10 min walk from Fira bus station with many nearby restaurants on the main road or Caldera. Each unit has its own private jet tub which luckily wasn’t very hot durning the heat of August. There is a small main pool to cool off but we didn’t use it.
