Honestly, we had an amazing experience with Cilon Suites. The staff were very helpful, informative and will go the extra mile to make you feel at home. We loved it there and will highly recommend. Also, their breakfast was great and plentiful.

What an unbelievable 2-night stay at the Master Suite. Absolutely stunning views and interiors aside, our host Stavroula and staff Donna were absolutely lovely, Stavroula being extremely responsive over WhatsApp on any questions and travel recommendations, even if super last minute, and Donna being lovely helping us with breakfast and room service orders… other staff helped us take unforgettable photos as well. 20 out of 10 experience

Ameli, Nari, Nora and team were just excellent - they went above and beyond to make sure we had a very comfortable stay. The location has a fantastic view from its position on the Caldera, and is a very short walk to the bus stop, ATV rental shops and restaurants.

The cleaning, breakfast staff and of course Ameli are all amazing. Ameli genuinely makes Cilon what it is. Standouts; -Rooms were clean - Beautiful views of the caldera. The location is a 25min walk to the main town Thira. -Breakfast was enjoyable. We were able to order online and select a specific time where the beautiful staff would come and set up a whole spread outside facing the Caldera. I had some unfortunate dealings with the General Manager which I found very upsetting. I somehow ended up with with two reservations on different platforms due to an ap glitch on one. I only noticed once both payments came out. I immediately alerted the hotel with in 24hours of payment being debited. To my distress the general manager initially offered me a $4000 credit note rather than a refund/reversal for the duplicate booking even though I had already paid the same amount to stay at Cilon in the coming weeks. I was spoken to and treated really poorly by the general manager.There was a lack of humility and decency towards me. I spent hours/days crying and pleading for my funds back whilst on honeymoon in another country with my credit card maxed out. I will never forget the effort Ameli went to in order to resolve this. She mediated between myself and the general manager where I eventually had my funds returned after two months. Hence I still give Cilon 5 stars however hope that in future circumstances the general manager is kinder towards customers and learns from Ameli.

The best place to stay at Santorini period. You will not regret booking at Cilon suites. This was our first stay in Greece and it was by far the best one, it set up such high expectations that everything was pale in comparison. From the exceptional service you receive from your super sweet and loving host to the way the entire property is set up, it’s truly breathtaking. My GF and I went to Santorini as part of a longer trip to the other Islands and Santorini blew our minds. Colin suites are beautiful, clean, well kept and the view is out of this world. The staff is amazing and they all went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure our stay was what we were hoping and more. Kalispera and Mr Nari were so sweet and helpful. Breakfast with the Caldera view was a dream come true. If I could give this place more than 10 stars I would!

Staff was great. The pool is like the photos. Perfect for your photos and to see it like on Instagram. The breakfast was amazing amount of choice. You have little to no privacy when on the patio or in your pool. We had honeymoon suite. Main private jacuzzi facing out. The power unit had a patio about us, so they use the strip and 2l’ from you while your in pool. Or you deck. They can also see directly into you window to bed etc. So anytime they want use their patio they basically wall beside you and you try to pretend you don’t see each other. The pool beside again is 30cm from you. So if you turn your head to see them. You whisper as everyone will hear each other. The views from the pool and your photos are whey your there. We stayed 2 nights on a cave house in Oia with private pool and it was much better experience for privacy and space. The CILON suite also needs work inside. The shower head was rusty. Led lights on bed are broken. Shower has some cracks and just seemed dirty and needs to freshen up. The tv was smallled then a kids tv. We didn’t use it , but I assume if it rains or something you would. Like others have said. A few items like plates in room to enjoy your own snacks. The break day was amazing. The views amazing. The staff amazing. You will get the most amazing photos. But I would stay a again as having to whisper, people too close and walking before you while your in your Romantic pool.. on both sides of you and we had best suite. Honest

This was the best hotel experience I had in all the years I've traveled. Cilon makes every effort to ensure you have a peaceful, memorable, and easy travel experience. Prior to arrival, the hotel contacted me to ensure I knew how to find them as well as offer assistance with pick-up. Upon arrival, I was met with gracious, informative, and friendly faces. The room itself (boutique cave) was identical to the pictures, and the sauna was pure perfection. Breakfast is made hot; you have a selection of options and times to choose from. (It was included in my stay.) Coming home, I raved not only about Santorini but also Cilon. Thank you so much!!!

Fantastic. Great location and views, warm and efficient service from the host which gives the place a great vibe, and easily the best breakfast we've had in Greece. The first place we will think of when coming back to Imerovigli.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cilon. Amazing location, hospitality, and staff. The rooms and property are clean, quiet, well maintained and very conveniently located. Stav was incredibly accomodating answering late-night questions, always giving the best recommendations [places to eat/visit], and helping us with activities/transportation [ATV rental/airport transpo]. Breakfast is deliciously filling and a great way to start the morning- end your day in the hot tub enjoying the beautiful view.
