We got upgraded to one of their newer rooms and it was lovely. The pool though was miniscule and the picture of it on the website was very flattering. Our weekend stay, the place was very busy with lots of children. Overall the room was very nice and the check-in and check-out was efficient. A bit surprised by the £6 parking charge.

Nice and quiet hotel with good quality and clean rooms, for a little getaway near London it was perfect. Staff were super nice too, 10/10 for service. Would stay again and planning too.

No aircon throughout the whole hotel and dirty stains across the whole ceiling, staff said there was another room with aircon so I moved, however it was blowing out hot air in 26c heat! This hotel is in poor condition!
