The staff is kind polite and compitent. The facilities are new clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was amazing. The location is AMAZING!!! Great views! Central location. Was one of the best values ever! I will return for sure. Only downside is that this hotel is REALLY BUSY!!

Close to subway station. Near by supermarket Ito Yokada if you need to get snacks or ready to eat stuff such as bentos, sushi and etc... There is also a bus stop for airport close to the hotel if you have heavy luggage.

Awesome location and clean room . The hotel is located along the main road and there is a bus stop right beside the hotel where it’s one of the stopping point for Donan bus from Lake Toya to Sapporo. Also u can catch the airport shuttle bus from the same bus stop. Staff is a bit cold by jap standard though. It was raining on my last night and I’m getting out to get my dinner fix. I asked to borrow an umbrella. The staff just point in a direction. Then eventually tell me no more umbrellas to borrow and looked at me. I’m expecting something more but I was too hungry to argue. so I walked in the 9 degrees cold rain to my dinner place. They could have done more to enhance the service experience. But maybe I shouldn’t expect too much from a S$60 per night hotel.

Great location and nice breakfast
Hotel located in middle of Susukino shopping, restaurants, bars area. Subway and airport bus just a few minutes walk outside hotel too. Room bit small as expected in Japan and bed bit hard for my liking. Delicious free Japanese breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel. Great value for money.
