Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean but Was a little too warm, they provided a fan which helped but still Uncomfortable To sleep.

Overall the property was nice. It served its purpose. However there is no lift and when you’re on the top (5th) floor, between carrying luggage and it being the hottest room, we were a bit uncomfortable.

The property is very beautiful but a few modifications may need to be made in the future ... For example the walls are very thin ( sooo noisy when we tried to sleep in in the morning) , maybe some air-conditioning, maybe a mini fridge in the room , the stairs are so creaky too . Other than these minor issues it’s a great place with excellent service .

This is the second time we have stayed at the Georgian House Hotel - the previous time was great but it wasn't long after lockdown - this time was even better! We got to the hotel early and we were only expecting to drop off our bags, however, we were informed we could check into our room early. The double chamber we had this time was much bigger than the room we had last time and also had a courtyard access. For those who love Harry Potter, I would recommend going for one of the rooms - our friends who stayed last time had standard rooms and they were nice. Breakfast in the morning was great - nice to see mention of gluten free options on the menu but did check with the hotel before hand. Hotel is a great location for those travelling via the coach and ideal for those who don't mind walking - obviously you can also get the tube from Victoria if needed (it's only a short walk). We will definitely be back again - thank you :)

The staff was helpful and polite, rooms clean and relatively comfortable for the size. WiFi spotty at times. Shower water temp fluctuated, but no real problem. Overall I'd recommend.

Very Nice but no lift or air conditioning
Amazing hotel! Only bad thing is there is no lift and they have at least 3 flights of stairs so that’s the only thing to be aware of and there is no air conditioning so other than those jiggly things it’s a lovely hotel!

The property was beautiful but we arrived early and they had us waiting around had they just said to come back at checkout time it would be fine but they said come back in an hour and we did and then got stuck in the lobby for an hour waiting.

A go to spot
I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been a pleasant experience. Staff are friendly and helpful, easy check in. Location is great, close to Victoria station, quick walk over the bridge to Vauxhall, and a number of nice coffee shops, pubs, etc nearby.
