The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is incredibly pet friendly so having my dog with me was a breeze! Close to riverwalk. Bicycles available to cruise around for things that are a bit too far for walking. Would definitely stay here again!

Very noisy experience. Our room had an exterior door to the courtyard where we heard every word of an award ceremony Sunday AM. Had people partying outside our door Saturday night. Our bedroom wall faced Bay street and the dump trucks will wake you up about 6am. We could also hear our neighbors loud and clear every morning. I’m starting to think when you book with Expedia you get the bad rooms??

Amazing experience here! The rooms are very nice and up to date. Very clean and comfortable. Especially travelling with our dog. The front desk staff was wonderful, the lady with the beautiful brown skin was great and attentive. Very friendly and welcoming. The location is also convinent with a 7 minute walk to riverstreet and to the North Historic District. Valet is $49 and in a parking garage Also if your coming with a dog, they are great with them. They have treats and are welcoming. Also close to a park.

Lots of things that are not discloseed prior to booking a room. This is supposed to be a luxury hotel, NOT AT ALL. Checked in and was informed the only parking available was on the street or pay for valet at 49 a day. Was charged a 75 dollar incidental fee per night, that was not disclosed at booking. The staff is not well trained and I was told that the incidental fee would be refunded if not used, but could be used for food and other things like parking, this was not the case. Was charged a 30 a day destination fee, but was not explained anything about that like you have a 20 dollar a day food credit that comes with the destination fee. First room was not cleaned at all, I understand mistakes happen but this was not the only issue. The second room had food on the floor, and dirt all over the floor. The counters were dirty as well as the tops of the furniture like they made the beds, changed the towels but didn't "clean" the room. The third room had broken glass on the floor and we were informed that house keeping was gone for the evening and no one was available to take care of it. The guy Jason at the front desk was a pain to deal with. The girl at the front desk after Jason was Nicole and she compensated us for the trouble and was pleasant to deal with.What luxury hotel patron should have to clean an "already cleaned" room. Go somewhere else, the pictures look amazing but are very misleading, this place has the potential to be good but is missing the mark by a mile.

Very noisy, not as clean as hoped, “messy”. Restaurant service from kitchen was VERY slow and out of many items . A few staff were very good, front desk efficient, but not sure I would stay there again
