Overall I liked this property. It was quiet, comfortable and well located. Two areas that management needs to address are: no television service (pretty sure batteries in the controller are dead-keep extra batteries), and the base on window by eating table is completely rotted out and unsanitary).

Perfect if location is a priority
Amazing location right off of Broughton Street. My only complaints are the walls are paper thin (you can hear, feel, and smell everything, including little kids running shaking the apartment and screaming to the food the neighbors were cooking) and there was a drip that changed speed and rhythm inside the wall next to the bed. The bed was very, very soft and felt like mushy memory foam but otherwise it was great.

LOVED this property! It's a little challenging to find the entry door the first time, but this place is SO convenient! Local market and drug store within a few blocks, lots of restaurants close by, and one of the trolly stops technically 2 blocks away. No elevator, to get to the rooms, but we will try to stay here on our next trip!

We had major problems. The carpet rolled and would cause a tripping problem. The toilet didn't work. It didn't flush, but I fixed it. I adjusted the chain, and moved the handle adaptor all the way out and tightened the set screw. Then the toilet flushed fine. No charge. Glad to do it. The bedroom light doesn't work, but I didn't try to fix it. I'm not an electrician, but you need to test that circuit for a short. You don't want a fire. The television operation was so confusing that it was essentially unwatchable. There were no grab bars in the shower. You have a very unsafe shower. We needed fresh towels, but couldn't get any.

Great location, parking was easy, they should note there’s no elevator so it was hard going up and down stairs with luggage/stroller. The apartment was excellent. Would stay again.

With the selection of Sounder stay. Be ready to download apps for the room for the parking 😞. Great for younger people that are user friendly, not for me I’m not a app user. They say go to parking but fail to tell you you’ll get another text a few hours before check in with a promo code! Just went to the site for parking got charged 21.00. Now it’s right on a Main Street, got here and ear plugs by bed stand😂. ALL NIGHT cars raced up and down loud car music! Would not suggest this room it was nice but complicated to enter and park and SLEEP!

Good value, few issues.
Convenient location in a neighborhood that felt safe. Savannah is gorgeous! Nice property with modern design and comfortable accomodations. Great value. There were a few cleanliness issues that I didn't notice until the sun was up (e.g., hair in shower, somewhat dirty sofa cushions, a little grime on doors/walls). The property also has thin inside and outside walls, and can be very noisy. Property provided earplugs and a sound machine, which helped. Neighbors weren't great the first nigh. I could hear everything.
