Positive things about our stay. Great location. Walking distance to everything. Fantastic breakfast. The not so positive. After being in the room for about 10 minutes , huge roach in the kitchen. Went to the front desk to inform it and maybe get another room. Not even an apology from the front desk lady. She called a janitor, he came in the room sprayed it and finally got the roach and left. Only one working elevator for the whole hotel. The other elevator wasn’t working during the entire 5 days stay. Front desk workers were not friendly. Not even a hello or good morning. Didn’t make you feel welcome. Overall, he had an excellent time in beautiful Savannah and can’t wait go back. Sadly I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again.

This is our second time staying at this property. It was excellent both times. It was very clean, had great staff, and an excellent breakfast. It is an easy walk to the river and all the main attractions Savannah offers. Our daughter will be attending SCAD and we are already making plans to return to this location.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! It was not only comfortable but also ideally located with easy access to great restaurants, shopping, and historic sights. The hotel itself was spotless and cozy, and the free daily happy hour was a wonderful perk, with delicious food that exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, and they made my dog feel like royalty—it’s a wonderfully dog-friendly place! This experience was top-notch, and we can’t wait to return

Great Stay!
We had an amazing Trip. We loved our stay here, but we would not stay in an Atrium View room again. The atrium is small and narrow so if you have the shades open, you feel very exposted. Other than that, we LOVED it and will absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Savannah. The location is great, check-in was easy, Nevada (front desk staff) was fantastic, hot continental breakfast was delicious and had better grits than some of the restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Side Note: We did our own parking at the Bryan St garage and believe we saved money that way.
