Staff was friendly, with the exception of the young lady that ran breakfast. On the day we left I ran out to get my cup and run back in quickly to get a drink to go. The young girl had closed off the breakfast right in front of me and said sorry we close at nine. I said oh I just want to grab my cup and fill it with a drink for the road, In which she replied , sorry , we close breakfast at nine!

Smallest suite I have ever had at a Staybridge. A hotel room would have been better. The small kitchen area was part of bedroom and took area needed for movement around beds. The carpet was dirty so we kept shoes on when in room. Icemaker did not work. However beds were comfortable and shower was okay and breakfast was good. Bartender at the small bar area was dressed inappropriately. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Would not stay there again even though a great location.

Staff are courteous. Place is really close to all the spots. The room is pretty decent for the price with complete amenities. I would recommend the hotel whenever you’re going to visit Savannah, GA.

I am fuming mad. Nowhere in the reservation made claim of extra charges. Once we were checking out I was made aware of over US$80 extra being charged. The person at the counter said would correct and verify with manager. Over 2 weeks have passed, and now Expedia claims as I paid at the property the can't help me, that I must sort with the hotel directly. Horrible overall experience! BEWARE!

The stay was just okay. The room was cramped and one of the beds was sunken in two spots making it quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was not appetizing to any of us and my kids will eat almost anything. That said, the location is great we’d probably stay again but bring our own breakfast or get it elsewhere.

During my stay, I encountered several issues: there was a dent and hole in the bed, and no curtains in the bathroom, causing water to splash everywhere. I reported these issues to the front desk, but they stated they couldn't do anything as no employees were available, and no other rooms were available. I requested a cancellation, but they informed me that I needed to contact Expedia. However, it was outside Expedia's working hours at that time. Consequently, I had to stay at the hotel for the entire night. The next day, me and Expedia tried to request a cancellation from the hotel, but they refuse to provide a refund. PS room 101
