This was a dirty dirty room. Big blobs of red hair in the drain, long black hair on the shower walls, and dirty stained towels. Nasty nasty bathroom.My sheets smelled used- not clean and beds were poorly made- cheap sheets for 260.00 per night. Day manager was indifferent and dismissive about comments- so don’t expect things will change. Night check/ in woman was lovely. That’s about all that the hotel had going for itself. Pay an extra 20-30 bucks for a clean room.

The only hotel we stay at in Savannah, clean rooms, helpful staff and it’s location is top notch to be able to walk anywhere you need to go!

A great short stay

Spacious, modern, clean room with an elegant hotel lobby. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Situated at the extremity of Savannah historic square mile, walking distance to all landmarks, 15 minutes walk to the River.

The only complaint I have is that the continental breakfast should be free. In other nice places like this one, the breakfast is free. There was a good selection but over-priced.

Ebony at check in was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Made for a wonderful evening/last minute check in experience. The hotel was in a central location downtown and located next to a parking garage, made for easy sightseeing. The room was clean and a great size. Only con was we could easily hear traffic coming down the off-ramp from the highway. Great experience overall, we’ll definitely be back!

Lodging was nice and comfortable. Our suite did not have a microwave which I would appreciated but it did come equipped with a Kuerig coffe maker which was unexpected but welcome. Convenient to downtown. Parking garage across the street was nice also.

I was supposed to be charge upon arrival they morning of at 5am they already attempt 3x times to cash the amount plus $50. extra they charge you for breakfast and parking claiming is a deposit and will come back to you its just in case you need food or parking (their staff stated). soon as I got my room I found a dirty male sock on the room they change my room for a suite and the sheets were nasty and toilet clocked complained was made to the manager I will like my money back this was a bit traumatic for me.

It was great, area was close enough to the historic area (it was on the out skirts so a good 20 min walk to River St.) The staff was pleasant, the parking garage was right across the street. The beds are comfortable and clean. They don't have microwave in the room so you have to use the one at front desk
