I expected more from this "boutique " hotel stay but I was thoroughly disappointed. As many others state, they have NO PARKING for check in. They valet at the public building across the street and overstate the rate for if you park yourself. Linen was very dingy and the accommodations were lackluster. My daughter actually broke out in a rash after she came in contact with the bed sheets. She also noticed a weird smell. My breaking point was witnessing management berate staff in front of guests. The staff seems to be doing as best they can under such oppressive leadership. I definitely would not recommend nor will I stay at this location again.

After the first night, the cleaners did not come to clean our room. We asked reception and the reply was “you should have requested this service”??! Also the check-in person was not friendly or helpful and provided us with misinformation in which regarded restaurants opening times nearby. Check out was also not great. We waited a long time for someone to be at the desk and they were not very polite.

Their website said there was breakfast provided the day we checked in, but we were told they no longer provided breakfast. There was condensation causing drops of water to be on the floor in our room. We did like the room and it was clean and quiet.

The property was easy to get to. It was not clear when we pulled up that it was valet only, so I would encourage some signage to help out. The room was ok, but the bathroom could use a deep clean since there was black mold in the shower/tub.

Due to new ownership, there was no food or drink. However, staff Anna, Nick and Daryl were so helpful and supportive to us. They helped us with the trolley access and even walked us to a nearby restaurant in the rain to be sure we were accommodated. By mid-August, the license situation for the new ownership should be complete but in the meantime, you can depend upon the staff to do all they can to help facilitate your stay.

Great friendly customer service, clean room. No view other than the rooftop. Have to pay for parking. Nice drink station in the lobby. Would stay again, but room had some minor damage to the cabinets and furniture.

Restaurant was closed the entire 3 day stay. The TV had very few channels seems like the hotel didn’t have cable. Don’t waste your time with the valet the parking garage is across the street and was only $36 for a 3 day stay vs $30 for valet. Would recommend Victory Gym two blocks away since the hotel doesn’t have a gym. Would not stay here again.

One of the deciding factors for choosing this hotel was that it had a restaurant, However, the restaurant was “closed” the entire 3 days we were there. Only one valet, Cleveland, was excellent, but in general the valet parking was very inconvenient, mainly because there was only one valet on a busy weekend. At one point, they couldn’t locate my car! Staff would be involved in (loud) personal conversations while people were waiting in line to check in or out. Would not stay here again
