We had an enjoyable stay. They offered an evening wine and cheese hour along with entertainment and a trivia game. They served breakfast with a very helpful staff.

Loved the history on the walls and all around: the old wooden floors and crown moulding were elegant. The wine and cheese time was nice and all my breakfast items were delicious. Service was fantastic. We didn’t want to use valet parking and the valet was very open to that and helpful with luggage.

Fabulous hotel experience!
Lovely historic hotel the middle of the historic district. It as a charming feelin of better days gone by. The evening entertainment with wine gatherings were most enjoyable. The front desk was always helpful, valet and bell service were excellent. We look forward to our next visit!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff friendly. The room was very noisy: loud food steps due to creaky floors; doors squeak in hall with other guest room kept me awake; window treatments allow in too much light.

This is a very old building which has not been upgraded in many generations. It never was high quality with plank bedroom flooring and very old tiled bathroom, and antique furnishing. They did their best to make the stay appear to be antebellum and upscale but it never made it. There is no parking except expensive public garage one block away with offerred parking service for $40.00.
