Booked 2 rooms and was surprised that o had to pay £35 for 1 night for parking ascwell as paying for breakfast as well so not happy about that .wrnt to pool and changing room was dirty and smell awful

Amazing, professional staff.
The check in staff were amazing so kind and professional taking into consideration our room allocation due to having children with us during our stay. Breakfast was tasty and well presented, the leisure facilities clean and of a high standard. I hope to return soon.

All we needed
Room spacious and had all we needed. Breakfast was a good selection but did get busy at times. Pool was set up with lanes for swimming in about half of it. Short walk to center and handy for airport bus.

Lovely hotel, although the changing area for the spa, including the showers, needed a deep clean in my opinion. We stayed on a bank holiday weekend and it was filled with stag and hen parties, so it was a bit raucous at times (and breakfast was insanely busy) but we weren’t bothered too much and enjoyed our stay.
