Quiet Retreat deep in the Breton Countryside
We received a warm welcome from our host to this very pretty and cozy cottage in the countryside. It is hidden away, but has easy access to local and larger, more distant attractions. The nearest bigger town of Huelgoat with a wide range of facilities is a pleasant rural drive of 8.8 km. Roscoff, Quimper, and stunning Carantec are all reachable in an hour, and Carnac and Quiberon in just about two. The cottage has plenty of room and equipment for two people. It has a large garden with superb views across the countryside to the hills beyond. It is extremely quiet and peaceful at all times of the day, and a perfect getaway from work stress and outside distractions. We would highly recommend it for couples wanting to escape.

Petit coin de paradis.
Petite maison avec beaucoup de charme. Très simple mais avec le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Très bel extérieur. Une vue magnifique dégagée. Pour les amoureux de la nature. Une valeur sûre !
Nous avons choisi ce gîte pour une première découverte de la Bretagne intérieure. Nous n'aurions pas pu mieux tomber. Le lieu est tellement agréable et apaisant que nous avons passé plusieurs journées a farnienter dans le jardin (parfait pour le wifi aussi si vous souhaitez rester connecté). La petite bâtisse est idéal pour prendre ses repas sur la terrasse (pour les amateurs il y a un barbecue). L'intérieur du gîte est pratique et bien équipé (le canapé du petit salon est particulièrement confortable) que demander de plus ! Ah oui, deux bonus et pas des moindres : un magnifique champ d'étoiles quand le ciel est dégagé et un accueil très souriant de Laurence. Si tout cela vous parles, ne cherchez plus le gîte de votre prochain séjour , vous trouverez ici une valeur sûre !

Très beau séjour chez Laurence et son gîte
Nous avons passé un délicieux séjour dans un jardin aux chênes superbes. Nos deux chats et nous étions heureux ! Laurence et sa famille sont charmants, discrets et prévenants. Merci pour votre accueille chaleureux. Très joli territoire que sont les Monts d'Arrée, le gîte est très bien situé, proche de Scrignac et de Huelgoat à la forêt magnifique. Nous reviendrons !

Het huisje is best klein, zeker de slaapkamer, met niet echt veel faciliteiten (bijv. TV of WIFI) en mist verwarming want met de gietijzeren kachel duurt het een hele poos voordat de kamertemperatuur echt aangenaam wordt. Verder is de toilet verbonden via gaten in de muur met het schuurtje ernaast waardoor erg een sterke olielucht hangt. Tenslotte ligt het best afgelegen met slechts kleine wegen erna toe en dus moet je lang rijden om bezienswaardigheden in de streek te bezoeken.

Kleine goed ingerichte woning, op rustige plek en veel privacy.
Deze woning is zeer aan te bevelen. Het is niet groot (2 personen gaat prima), goed ingericht en voorzien van alle nodige comfort. Alhoewel het huisje staat op het terrein van de eigenaar is het er zeer rustig, evenals in de directe omgeving. De ontvangst is uitstekend en de verhuurster laat je verder met rust (als je dat wenst). Wij hebben er een uitstekende ervaring gehad!
