Charged $350 for a deposit when I was told over the phone it was just a hold on a card, tried to charge me $33 a night for parking, ā€œI was staying for a weekā€¦.ā€ Switched me rooms when I got there for what they said was a waterfront view, more like bush front view. Room had cobwebs when I got there, NO CHAIRS ON BALCONY, will not provide them! Toilet handle was broken so it ran the whole time we were there

I liked that The parking was behind a locked entry accessible by room key. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again if needing a hotel by airport.

The female that checked me in was very nice very helpful and check in was easy process. But when i had first tried to check in earlier a male was helpless and kinda rude.

The place is old and stuff is falling apart. Toilet paper handle's were falling off. I got locked out as my keys didnā€™t work. Kiosk stuff was very expensive

It's nice.
The room size was great. The sevice was very good. The room I stayed at had mold in the shower, curling wallpaper, door frames that did not lie flush and wear and tear on the furniture. The bed was good, and it was clean, with excellent tv offerings. I would stay here again, but hope for a better roon.

Room had a lot of mold in the top of the ceiling of the shower, missing remote so had to go to the front desk the next day to get one. During check in didnā€™t offer the signature DoubleTree cookies, also didnā€™t ask for my Hiltons honors info at all. I was really disappointed, any other times Iā€™ve stayed at a Double Tree Iā€™ve had much better experiences.

I arrived at 5:30 PM and didnā€™t get to my room until 7:30 PM having to change rooms twice. Then the remote control wouldnā€™t work. I am absolutely exhausted and worn out from this ordeal to get settled into my room.
