This is an extremely large hotel that is spread out in many directions. Finding our room was very confusing. We ran into other guests who were also searching for their rooms. The check in staff needs to be more aware of guests who are there for the first time and explain the complicated hallways and elevators. Also, color coordinating hallways would be helpful. The map was useless.

The shower quit working after 5 mins or so, the water flow was very low, didnā€™t even get to shower. Very disappointing.

Pulling up the hotel seemed nice. Parking was an additional cost and my room was far away from the lobby in another building/ā€œwingā€. When I finally made it to my room after walking past a bucket in the hallway from a leak, it appeared that my room was starting to have water damage in the ceiling and some of the wallpaper was peeling. The room had a heavy, almost cologne type of smell to it. My door was also a bit janky with the door frame loose and nails were coming out, making me feel a bit unsafe.

The interior was not up-to-date. The bed was very hard and they did not have a refrigerator or microwave in the room. The dining was too expensive, but the food was great. This Doubletree need to be remodeled inside to look up-to-date.
