The service provided was good and the room was very clean and nice. The bed wasnā€™t very comfortable though, and the blankets had holes that were poorly sewn up but other than those things, the stay was great.

Fire alarm triggered by guest at 5:00am on arrival night, 1 elevator out of service during our hole staying of 10 days, ice machine not working for 3 days, my room TV nor working for 2 days, local smoke detector triggered by hair dryer at 6 feet (no smoke or smelling that could have caused that, breakfast menu not rotating the protein, always breakfast sausage, no patties, no ham, or no bacon). Verbalized this same feedback to the gentle manager who offered and recorded a free night in that same facility as a manner of compensation, for which I think I will not use.

Location is great,very clean & bright. Love the energy saving option in the rooms however the lighting over the sink can be a bit brighter it is attached to the mirror but not bright enough makes it difficult to apply make up. Breakfast options were not bad, could offer a bit more selection on the tea. I would rebook again
