Everything is ok, but rooms are not noise protected. You can hear all the sounds that come from all the rooms around. Also the heater in the room very loud.

The staff here were so nice and helpful but as long as you remember itā€™s a renovated older hotel that walls are thin, and bed are too soft. For what we paid it was clean, had breakfast and staff were nice. Conā€™s: carpets sticky, first room smelt strange( 1st floor) moved and 5th floor way better. Could always hear neighbours. Big signs on what to do and how behave was sus. But all in all would stay again cause the price was good.

Super friendly and welcoming staff, and they loved my dog, which felt good. One elevator is down and blocked off, which isnā€™t the greatest but Iā€™m sure theyā€™re on it. There was free coffee and hot water on demand for tea or hot chocolate in the lobby. The room is very clean and nicely updated, and so far it has been quiet. The parking is great, and there is a nice dog walking area with grass at the end of the lot. Itā€™s close to everything we want to go to, shopping wise, and there are lots of restaurants and a Whole Foods very close by. We will definitely stay here again. The only suggestion/criticism is that the lobby smelled strongly of bleach or something unsavoury, and the room smelled like Gain laundry detergent, which is overpowering. For people who are sensitive to smells, itā€™s not the best. Thanks for the warm welcome, La Quinta.

This was such a noisy hotel, it has paper walls. You can hear everything from the stairwell and hall echo in your room all night long. There are also blue lights to keep you awake. One elevator was broken and the other required that you send it to the first floor after going upstairs. The staff would yell across the lobby at you as you were entering. You have to do your own check in and check out. Then they ask you for some of the same info. I wouldn't stay here again. This was one of the worst hotel stays I have had.

Overall, a very good stay at La Quinta. Various staff at check in and check out were professional and friendly. Room was spacious and quiet, despite being close to a busy intersection. Bed was overall too soft for my liking. Showerhead power was good. Sink was outside of the shower/toilet. TV had a lot of channels. Coffee machine, fridge, and microwave was convenient to have in the room. Free breakfast was good quality. Great real scrambled eggs and fresh tasting orange juice. Waffle maker was nice and good coffee available throughout the day. Pool, hot tub, and small gym were standard and fine. Very good for this level of hotel.
