Never have I felt so unsafe. Gangs were hanging out in the parking lot near the hotel entrance. The hotel smelled of cat pee and drugs. People were passed out in the hallway. The lady across the hall from me overdosed and the ambulance had to come. A half hour later the man in the room next to hers came into the hallway yelling that his bathroom ceiling had caved in and water was spraying everywhere. The water was turned off resulting in no running water. There was no compensation or refund for this. People were yelling all night, indoors and outdoors. I was supposed to stay a second night but checked out after one night. I would have left but didnā€™t feel safe walking out to my car since I checked in later at night

Mother said "If you can't say anything nice..." Do your research first. The really good price is for a reason. Seems like they could discourage the homeless in the parking lot. Staff was courtious when I declined to stay. (Maybe they weren't surprised.)

The room was dirty the carpet looked like they hadnā€™t clean it for a while. There were lots of people outside of the parking lot working on there cars and smoking and lots of homeless around the area and parking lot.

tweakers are everywhere and im pretty sure there is prostitution going on and drug deals on the side of the building . definitely not kid friendly & it was a really uncomfortable place to stay. never again. i originally booked two nights and i left after one day of how unsafe i felt there . DO NOT STAY. PRICE ISNT WORTH IT.!

Very, very dirty.
We love to travel and this is the first time we have had a very bad experience like this. The hotel is in terrible condition, extremely dirty and in a place that at first glance looks very unsafe. We can understand that an establishment is old but it has nothing to do with it being a mess, they gave us a room with a lot of trash, the bathroom looked used and uncleaned. The lamps didn't work either, but as I mentioned before, I can understand that it's old or that the lights don't work but very dirty NEVER. Obviously we couldn't stay there, we decided to hand in the key and ask for a refund but they didn't want to give us any of our money back. I showed them the photos at the reception, they said they would check the room, they went but said they wouldn't give us anything back. Really don't stay at this hotel, it's more like HOTELES.COM and they shouldn't publish it.

Shady part of Kent.
Bathroom was dark. Microwave was missing the glass. Many homeless hanging out in one of the entrances. Hall smells bad, no elevator. Bar and closed businesses next door.

I have many videos and pictures of car air fresheners in the room, tons of fruit flies, broken curtain, in and out traffic, staff under the influence of drugs, unsanitary and unsafe. No refund when didnā€™t stay just unprofessional unsanitary and by far worst place to stay.
