Customer service was great. Room was clean and we love the design. Cookies at check in were yummy, we love the water options (cold, warm, sparkling). This was a fun hotel. My son thought the Don't come in I'm naked sign on the door was hilarious. The robes were comfy. I like having my own blanket. Free drink at checkin was nice too. We also left something behind and Amada (probably butchered that, sorry) found it, called us back and we returned to retrieve it. We really enjoyed our stay

Stayed there a few years ago. I stayed at a suite and the bathroom has a jet shower head which is rare. The room is clean and homely. It is walkable to Pike Market, the Needle and the Chihuly Garden. I will definitely stay there again.

Liked the helpful friendly staff and location was close to city attractions but also outside noise at all times of the day. Small shower in the room but comfy beds. Nice decent hotel but too over priced for what amenities are included. Breakfast food was just prepackaged that was thrown in a microwave.

Good hotel pick - location was halfway between the space needle and pike place market, an easy 10 minute walk each way. Check in and check out was easy. Samson at reception was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were well appointed, quiet and the tv worked with heaps of stations. Great doughnut place across the road was an extra added bonus.

We were greeted immediately upon entering and given all the info for our stay. The staff were all great. Our room was clean, but there were a few missing areas, like the sliding door should be washed as well. The beds were super comfy and the duvets & pillows, instant cozy. We loved all the extra touches like the cookies, coffees, and coaster exchange. Location is amazing. It was a great stay and we will definitely be back.
