First my flight was late and I missed my connection. I booked the wrong date for my stay instead of the needed date of same day I booked for the next day. Not knowing this I arrive for checking in and the front desk told me my mistake but happily accommodated me to switch my booking so I could check in I went to my room and walking through the outdated hallways with old carpet and dim lights I was getting nervous about where I would be sleeping. Upon entering my room it was a totally different world. The room was updated clean and comfortable. I slept well and didn't have any mishaps or questionable safety being alone and a woman that literally never travels. I woke up the next day and had a amazing shower. Got dressed checked out and the cafe nextdoor wasn't open yet but accommodated me with selling me a cup of coffee and the shuttle to the airport whisked me away to catch my flight to my final destination. The staff there was wonderful

The only downfall was they were working on sewer in the lobby,it was horrible to stand there listening to the drilling and smelling the horrible smell

Great value with a wonderful pool!!
I love staying here because they have a pool and I love to swim! This time there were plenty of pool towels, and I enjoyed my swim. I highly recommend it!!

A strange man wouldn’t stop knocking on my door when I was trying to sleep. I heard the door handle being tried & luckily was locked. I felt uncomfortable for how long it was happening. I called the front desk & they did send someone to investigate the issue.

Shocked at this Best Western. It was old, shoddy and more like a motel than a hotel. Nothing like the pictures. Needs to be knocked down and rebuilt. Looks like they tried to renovate but did a terrible job. I will never stay at another Best Western. Period

Water leaks in the stairway, hallway and the ac was leaking creating a huge wet spot in our room. Terrible layout with no signs to lobby. I had to walk outside to find the lobby which was in a different building. Room was cleaned well but you could tell there was water damage in the ceiling and terrible drywall patches/paint jobs.
