Didnt seem to understand why some furniture pieces were on wheels like the desk console and ottoman. We have a toddler and this was so unsafe for him. Property grounds are truly the hotels biggest feature, really beautiful. Front desk staff were so so welcoming and nice.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Grounds were beautiful and sprawling, room was huge, comfortable and sparkling clean, staff was professional and kind and pool was a miracle in the August heat. We would return without hesitation and will stay here on our next Sedona trip. Thank you!

The resort itself (lobby, restaurant) was very clean and well kept. But our room was not. The carpets were dirty and stained and our mattress zippwrs were broken and looked trashy. The pool had no towels and a family was there celebrating and playing loud music, drinking and smoking cigs and pot. When we did swim in the pool, every time i moved my hands, they got hair stuck in them. The pool was filthy. So we switched to the hot tub which allows children who were taking up all the space and we couldn't fit in it. The room service crew was ao nice and got our breakfast to us quickly. Also the front desk and customer sevice emplyees were so nice. We loved the shuttle into town and the guy wbo drove us was wonderful. The resort rooms need serious cleaning and carpets replaced and new mattresses. The pillows were also horrible. Like sleeping on pancakes. The grounds are gorgeous and it is easy to get around but we wont stay again because we dont like being in filth in the room and poil.

The room was very clean, with a nice modern/upscale appearance. The beds were very comfortable. Not to mention, you're less than 10 minutes away from downtown Sedona, and relatively close to most of the hiking trails in the area. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed at Poco Diablo back in 2021 or 2022 and they were going through renovations. Well this visit this past weekend July 2024 was amazing. The renovations made to the lobby, bar, restaurant were gorgeous. When I return to Sedona in September 2024, I will definitely book at Poco Diablo. In terms of things that can be done better, I believe the following things would also increase customer satisfaction. The water pressure in the shower is not good at all. The bathrooms are huge, very spacious and I love how there is a sink inside and outside the bathroom. However, the water pressure is light. Maybe even consider a different type of shower head. The other area is with guests using the pool; i think its wonderful that there is a beautiful pool, hot tub and surroundings but when guest are there and there is only one guest who is blasting their music, that can be quite annoying and distracting. Have security enforce rules. Other than those two things, Poco Diablo is the best location and resort to pick when people are coming to Sedona.

Not sure why they stuck us in a room with a concrete wall for a view, there was about 45 - 60 other rooms with a court yard view that was empty in the same section we stayed , but we were stuck in a room with a concrete wall for a view I didn't like this at ALL!!

I did not appreciate two different house keeping staff coming to clean my room before 11am check out. TV never had a signal. Staff member told me I needed a key to get to the spa when that wasn’t true so I was late to my appt and had to call them to open the gate bcuz staff forgot to stop by the front desk to get the “additional key”. Spa staff and service was the best part of the stay.
