Beautiful, clean and great Mountain views. It felt like a temporary apartment. When we needed something they brought it super fast. We would definitely stay again.

Our room smelt like cigarettes, although it was a no smoking room and there was leftover food in the fridge when we arrived. We were offered another room and staff apologized, so no worries. Besides these two things, the room was amazing and the resort is top tier. Every golfer’s dream for sure! The wildlife around the course was amazing, the pool and hot tub were always quiet, and the room itself had everything you needed to make yourself comfortable. Would love to stay here again if we are ever out this way, definitely reccomend!

We loved the spacious room with full kitchen, we were able to pick up food from the local grocery store and make a few meals which really helps the budget. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Perfect location, situated near 2 awesome golf courses. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel and welcomed warmly. Our first impression of the apartment was that it was "ok". The outside of the property was nicely decorated. But the apartment was on the first floor and had a view of the parking lot. The furniture and the dishwasher were utilitarian. However, the bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was large, well-lit and comfortable. The staff were very accommodative. They provided us with a list of restaurants in the area, and several options for tours. They provided additional towels when we requested them. And they cleaned our room once during the week, while we were out. The laundry was located next to the hotel lobby. It was easy to access, available 24 hours, and had free soap and softener available at the front desk. The lobby did not have free, complementary coffee. When we arrived, they offered us a $150 coupon for restaurants in the area, if we would sit through a presentation about the Hilton Vacation Club. We declined. The apartment was located in the Village of Oak Creek, which was a few miles south of Sedona. All the awesome landmarks were just a few miles away. We had access to many restaurants in the village and in Sedona. And we could drive to the Grand Canyon which was only 2 hours away. In summary, we enjoyed our stay, but we will stay somewhere else the next time we visit Sedona.

We enjoyed our stay but a extremely huge negative was your TV's setup you need to upgrade your tv's and have the the latest and greastest channels. Not having HDMI on your TV'S is not a good thing you have too nice of a setup here not to have this in place.

The rooms were as expected at various other Hilton properties. The TV’s are very small. I have a bigger TV in my boat. The remotes were inoperable most of the time. There was little to no cell phone service, which was my biggest gripe. There were also more than one event where the employees were speeding through the parking lot while I am trying to back out. That was quite annoying as-well. I was charged an extra fee of 50.00 upon arrival. Will not stay there again. I left four stars for pool, laundry, and friendly/professional front desk staff.

Probably won't stay here again

While the girl who checked us in was rude and it's a ploy to get you to sit through a time share sales meeting, it's nice enough, but hard to relax. They charge an undisclosed $200 security deposit (it's NOT a hold -- it's an actual charge that may be refunded 7-10 days later), so even though we have never damaged a property, we were quite nervous about accidentally doing something that would make them keep that extra $200.
