I was disappointed with the service and thought they could do much better considering how much we paid for this hotel. We had to call quite a few times for clean towels, clean wine glasses, coffee, toilet paper, body wash and one time they didn’t clean our room. It was loud due to being right next to the elevator and gym. We were not pleased!

I really loved the experience at The Westin. The location is perfect because you are 7 mile beach, the best beaches on the island. They have lots of different options for food/dinning. There are lots of places you can visit that are walkable. Also, the taxi system on the island itself is great, you feel safe wherever you go.

It was an amazing experience. The customer service and the cleanliness of the place have no match. The food and drink from the hotel are really good. There are so many activities to do from board games to watersports. It is a great place to vacation.

The Westin was a great resort! We celebrated our 30th anniversary here and had an amazing time. Pool was great, had really good food at the pool restaurant and the servers were prompt and attentive. The property was very clean and rooms were nice. The restaurant serving breakfast was also very good, had breakfast there twice and dinner once and the food was great. All the staff was very friendly. I would definitely come back!!

The beach was the highlight of our trip. My family and I loved the crystal clear calm water. There were plenty of beach beds with umbrellas daily. Centrally located. It was a wonderful family vacation!

We enjoyed the activities/games for the kids. However, due to tree coverage over the pool, the pool had a lot of debris floating in it which made it less enjoyable

The visit was fantastic! The only thing I would suggest is that they change their check-in time because of 4 PM. Check-in is way too late for people who are arriving early in the morning.
