Best place for teens
This home was perfect! We had 4 15-year old boys and they thought the downstairs level was the “bomb”! They swam in the indoor pool, sat in the hot tub, and played foosball non-stop. They played hide ‘n seek throughout the entire 3 levels and also just sat around and watched television in the living room. The kitchen was totally equipped to do all things we needed to do. The home came with enough essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap…) so I didn’t need to use any of those items that I brought. There were enough beds for our party of 8, and plenty of bath towels so we didn’t need to keep washing them in the provided washer/dryer. We would definitely love to stay here again, and will highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a great family vacation.

Mountain pool
The cabin was very dusty, no flat sheets on 4 beds. The basement with pool was very humid, no fan working or humidifier working. One window not secure, had be broke into before our stay. Loved location, but was disappointed in those things. They did bring us some sheets and removed the cleaning fees. They did not offer any other refund for the pool problems and security, But I am not one to ask.

Great Location
We had a wonderful time in the Smoky Mountains. The Cabin is in the perfect location. The children loved the entire smoky mountain experience. The cabin wasn’t as clean as I preferred, but me being me I cleaned it . The pool is not a heated one but the children enjoyed it. The furniture on the deck needs updating and the deck needs cleaning. Definitely needs a pool table and working television in the main sitting area. I said a lot but our overall stay was good. We will go back

Received the unlock code for the cabin 10 minutes before check in time, only because i asked for it. The property could actually be really nice but as soon as we arrived we saw how dirty it was. All bathrooms not cleaned. Toilets were black. One of the bedrooms had a bedspread that looked like someone threw up on it. Popcorn all over carpeted stairs. Fake eyelashes left on floor by someone else. Porch had cigarette butts all over as well as cobwebs and dirty uncleaned grills. Its crazy to be charging a cleaning fee to guests then not even clean the place before the next person arrives. I took time stamped photos of the dirty areas and contacted the property contact within an hour of arrival and did not ever hear back. I'd never stayed at an air bnb/ vrbo and probably won't again because hotels are cleaner.

Couldn't ask for a better place location was perfect far enough out but close to all the attractions, would highly recommend this cabin to any family looking for a huge place at a reasonable price 😀

Good location, not clean
The location of this property was good and near all attractions. However the house was questionable on if it got cleaned before we came. There was hair on the sheets when we arrived, the microwave and fridge were both dirty. There was hair in the bathrooms. The hot tub had chunks of something and was super gross. The property management was responsive and we are thankful for that , they sent a cleaning team to come change sheets and clean up what need cleaned. However it was inconvenient because we could not put our stuff in the rooms. The house has potential to be nice but it has not been taken care of. Stay at your own risk!

House with pool close to everything
PROS: The house is close to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. It has a small heated pool. CONS: Inquired about the heater in the pool upon arrival. The property manager sent someone to service it the day before we checked out. It was a simple fix, the breaker was off, but we were only able to enjoy the pool a short time during our stay. The housekeepers left a smoke odor exterminator candle burning. Luckily, we noticed it before we went to bed the first night.

Overall nice
Refrigerator needs replaced. It leaked the whole time. When we arrived it had a towel in the bottom of it. In the cabin description it had a pool table, but did not have one. We wanted to be able to play pool. But overall the cabin was nice, clean and in a good location.

Great Cabin Beautiful View
The cabin was very cozy and had plenty of room. We had no issues. Great location. Close to everything! All that was missing was the pool table. The boys enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Great cabin will definitely try to book again when in Sevierville.

The cabin was nice and very close to everything. We enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. One reason we chose this cabin was because it also had air hockey and a pool table. However, the air hockey table has a short in the wiring and does not consistently (or safely) supply air. The pool table is in a room where you have no space to actually shoot pool. The other issue was the washer and dryer were out of order. It appears the note on them is quite old. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the cabin.

Beautiful place in a great location
Beautiful place with everything a family needs. Located close to everything our only complaint is that we didn't have enough time to do all the things we wanted AND enjoy all the extras the house had to offer. We will definitely book again!!

Family Vacation to Gatlinburg
My family just stayed here for 3 nights and we enjoyed our time there. Pros about here: the pool and hot tub is nice for kids, air hockey table and arcade game is nice for kids, kitchen was nice with a big table for us. Cons- coffee maker didn’t work so we had to go to Starbucks everyday, the fridge leaked water on the floor, Beds were either super hard or wayy too soft, and we all left with lots of bug bites! We checked for bed bugs and saw none so we assumed it was spider bites. Overall, we probably wouldn’t come back to this particular cabin, but it wasn’t bad for our time there.

Beautiful and relaxing
The cabin was extremely beautiful and well laid out! I enjoyed just being in a beautiful place with my family. We all had an amazing time! The location, the views was excellent! I wish we could've stayed longer it was so relaxing!

I liked the house and the pool didn't disappoint. The house was very dirty though. I had to rewash all dishes and the floors were sticky. Carpets stained. Kitchen not stocked to actually cook your own meals as planned, but that was ok for me. We still had a very enjoyable time and my kid loved the pool. Nice neighborhood. Good location. Given the premium price for the rental yet less than desireable condition of the property, we would not stay here again.

The house was in great location, however the carpet really needs to be replaced. What was once beige is now black! Bedroom on main floor needs to allow usage of closet (it was locked). The 5-drawer dresser had 4 drawers unusable (pillows in 4 drawers). There was another cabinet but it was full of bedding as well. The main level also has an air hockey table. Would have been better suited for families to have additional seating since there is only one sofa and one loveseat. Would be a great place if it was updated.

Great house has 3 king beds and all bedrooms have bath
Beautiful place. Owner was really easy to communicate with and very prompt. Our only disappointment was the kitchen - it is not well stocked. (There were 4 dinner forks for a house that sleeps 10-12 people?) No casserole dishes. Skillets on their last leg. If you plan to cook anything at all, may be best to bring what you need. The hot tub was great. View is pretty good. There is a neat arcade game. Love the rockers on the porch.

The cabin was great but does need some updates. The pool was too cold for me to use but the kids did use it. The hot tub needs repaired or replaced. Several jets did not work and parts of the jets had fallen off and was in the bottom of the hot tub!

Resources did not work
The cabin looked great but the pool Was cold and the orohectot remote was there. The property manager did answer me but nothing was resolved. The main reason I rented canin was for pool and projector /entertainment. It was disappointing that The kids didn't really want to swim due to temp of pool being too cold. Also the jot tub wouldn’t go o we 90 which was ok for kids since pool was cold. I wouldn’t spend money again for this property.
