Great hotel
Absolutely wonderful. I would stay again. Great service, spacious room. Only complaint is that there were no usb charging points which I am now used to being a standard in hotels but otherwise the room was well equipped and I could buy a charging plug from a nearby shop. I’d stay here again if I were in Seville. It’s not clear from hotels.com so do check the hotel website to see if the pool is open. I was disappointed it had closed for winter, as I booked a place with an outdoor pool on purpose

We loved our two nights at this hotel. We had a really warm welcome, all the staff were really friendly, the breakfast was fantastic, the room was very clean and comfortable and the location was great for exploring the city. We will definitely go back!

I love this hotel. The location is perfect and very close to restaurants, bars, the city centre and the Alameda Square, but still on a side street which makes it very quiet. I stayed in one of the Suites, and it was a beautiful and very spacious room with high ceilings. This was my second time in this hotel and will definitely come back. The staff is helpful and very nice.

The hotel was in a good location. It was a 20 minute walk to cathedral. The staff were very friendly. Our room size was fine but it had a leaky shower and the room could do with a coat of paint. Downstairs was very clean and all staff very helpful.The swimming pool is very small so dont expect to swim in it.

Lovely modern hotel with chic décor and friendly staff. Area is very calm and quiet but just a short walk to bars/restaurants. Room was lovely and shower absolutely amazing. Nice little pool area on the roof to get a tan.

The staff were excellent and helpful. We had a terrace room much was nice, but unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to use it! Rained all four days. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly and there were a few minor issues that needed attention. Things such as a dripping sound from behind the toilet, cracks around the shower, room needed hoovering and the lift wasn’t working, but these were minor in the scheme of things. Just small improvements would improve the whole look of the hotel. Excellent location and communal area/dining area was really lovely. Would stay again.

Perfect Hotel in the perfect location.
Fantastic 3 night stay here, cant fault anything, starting with the friendly welcome from Eva on reception, followed by easy check-in, spotlessly clean room, great bed, great shower, very quiet at night. Little touches like stocked fridge, free toothbrush, all toiletries, sliders and bath robes, this is hotel that knows customer relationships. Central to pretty much everything, its in the fantastic old town with its cobbled streets and buzzing local family run bars and business, such a laid back atmosphere. 15 mins walk to Cathedral, Alcazar and Triana main stretch. 10 mins to the Metropole Parasol, 2 mins from Hercules strip where you find all the locals having a great time, so many local/cultural bars/eateries and so friendly. Love travelling to new places but we will definitely be coming back to Seville and we will also definitely be staying at the perfect One Shot Palacio.

Lovely hotel with an amazing central courtyard. Very close to bars and restaurants but quiet at night. Staff were really helpful and allowed us to change rooms when we had an issue. We’ll be back.
