As a walking disabled person I found the twin bed very high to easily get in and I did find the floor in the shower quite slippery and so I put a towel down to stand on, which worked to keep me safe. I'm sure I could have asked for a a disability room and/or a slip mat, but I didn't because I was ready to hop in. Beautiful modern room, clean, and all the things you need, coffee and kettle to name a few. The buffet breakfast was excellent and had more choice than I was expecting. I would stay there again just for the breakfast.

Jess the fantastic receptionist we dealt with was amazing! She went over and beyond the 'call of duty'! The only thing we didn't like is there was no Netflix/Stan facility to access. Otherwise, it was an awesome stay!

Staff were excellent Menu food choices very poor Bar cocktails choice very poor It is supposed to be an international hotel with international guests yet it felt more like a local RSL pub with extremely poor choices for food at the restaurant. The bar had only 7 cocktails with most being pre-made yet the bar was heavily stocked. We were given an upgraded room which was much appreciated however, in this room there was a scent dispenser that every 5 min sprayed chemicals to make the room smell better. I’ve never seen this before so we pulled the battery out. I was informed that the hotel had recently been purchased by the private Star group so I accept changes could be in the works however, we won’t be recommending this place. Even the Sky lounge was closed. Again I say it felt like we were staying at a local pub instead of a 4 star hotel. The one thing that saved the place was the excellent staff from reception to the bar and waiters. I’m convinced that the chefs (cooks) must be incredibly bored given the tiny choices of meals available. Up your game Star group.

The rooftop bar which is a feature of this property is no longer accessible for guests. The restaurant has a limited menu and is basically self service. The breakfast (free) was average but no service and sachets of instant coffee are an insult to the average patrons, given that it is an expensive hotel to stay!

So disappointed you had to pay for coffee in the morning even though the breakfast was included. The breakfast was good but staff were slow to top up the choices when they ran out - so no scrambled eggs for me. Hotel was stylish and coffee with great art show.

Love the location, and the decor is incredible. My only grumble is parking ‘included’ …. But only 70 parking available… would have been good to park on site and not have to walk from the parking lot. That said, the cost of the parking was reasonable. Maybe take the ‘parking included’ out of the marketing… Other than that we had a wonderful time and loved every minute!
