Hotels on the River in Seville

A fabulous hotel in a great location in the historic area of Santa Cruz in Seville’s old town. All the sights are within easy walking distance and there are lots of great traditional places to eat nearby. The marble throughout the hotel made it feel very authentic and the hotel was so clean, and the rooms were great. The staff at Fernando III were absolutely wonderful and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville. While staying at the hotel I had a bad fall in the street and broke my ankle. The hotel staff on the evening of my accident were fantastic and so attentive. They came out to the street and called an ambulance, helped translate, and kept me warm and supported. On returning to the hotel from hospital in the early hours of the morning they had already moved us to accessible rooms so I could access the room via the lift. The next day they organised a hired wheelchair for us and helped with ramps to allow me to go onto the rooftop bar and enjoy some sunshine. They regularly checked in to make sure I was ok and even offered us a complimentary meal in the hotel restaurant, (which was delicious). The staff at the hotel really made a massive difference to my experience of having an accident and injury abroad. Their efforts and help made things so much more manageable. Thank you so much to all the staff and in particular the lady from reception and barman who assisted and helped me on the evening of my fall. I will forever be grateful.

Amazing experience, staff are incredible and all the amenities you could need! 10/10 would stay again!

I rarely revisit any hotel but this is the exception. I was here two years ago and it was great then and even better now. The whole place has been painted and everything looks brand new. The staff are as helpful and friendly as before. The rooftop bar and pool are great. The hotel is in a great location.
