Welcome to Bleu du Lac!

Located in the heart of Sévrier and close to all amenities, discover a beautiful comfortable apartment 150 meters from the lake!
Ideal for 2 to 4 people, this apartment located on the 1st floor without elevator, consists of a room with a double bed 160x200cm (Queen Size),
independent toilets, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a large living room with a closet bed 140x200cm and a terrace facing west for sunset.
High speed TV and Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machines (filter and Italian). The bike path from Annecy to the end of the lake is less than 100 metres from the apartment, and you can leave your bicycles in a bicycle parking lot.

Linen will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment and smoking is not allowed inside.

🅿️A parking space is included with the accommodation.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance, you can easily do without your car for your stay!
Sévrier is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting. Enjoy its lakeside walks, hiking trails, port and beaches!

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Spacious and peaceful
Lovely view of the mountains. Easy access to the lake with a short walk. Quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of space. Very communicative, helpful and friendly host. Plenty of space in the fridge/freezer with a fully-equipped kitchen.
