The hotel I believed lived up to its 4.5 rating, the executive upgrade is well worth the extra cost, room was excellent I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel, the only down part was the road works currently in front of the hotel, which makes access a little difficult, but this is no fault of the hotel.

Unfortunately our taxi took us to the sister hotel in the city, this apartment is further out towards Pudong airport. Quiet and beautifully presented with plenty of restaurants. .

Hotel room is designed poorly. Hairdryer power plugs into a socket inside a drawer which cannot be opened without hitting the toilet. Smoke detector is installed above the bed and flashing lights every second. Other than this, everything else is good in terms of facilities, services and cleanliness.
