Wander down to Shoal Bay Beach for a morning swim, relax in one of the cafes with your morning coffee then head home to enjoy the air-conditioned comfort that this home has to offer.

With a spacious enclosed yard for the dogs and children to play or parking for the boat, double garage for the cars and a rear entertaining deck for those afternoon BBQs and drinks your holiday will be perfect.

Nice place
We were a group of 5 adults and 2 kids and stayed in this property for 4 nights. The location is excellent with few minutes walk to both a wave-beach and a non-wave-beach. The property is well maintained, reverse cycle air conditioner in the dining room works well and there are pedestal fans in the rooms. Some books and toys are available for kids and we had our own towels, bed sheets, and pillowcases. I did not give a full 5 rating because of the following minor comments: cockroaches inside the property, unavailability of medium/ large pots and non-stick pots / pans, no dishwasher.
