Unit 1 Florida is an inviting 2 storey townhouse that features an open plan, reverse cycle air conditioned comfortable living area downstairs and a well equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities that leads out onto a lovely covered entertaining area. There is a private internal laundry with a top loader washing machine, second toilet and shower.

Upstairs has the spacious main bedroom with a reverse cycle air conditioner, ceiling fan, TV and filtered water views with access to a private balcony. The second bedroom has access to a private balcony and the main bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity area. Fantastic location and fantastic townhouse, be quick to book as Florida will be your popular holiday choice.

There is a common area grassed yard. The townhouse also provides a carport and driveway allowing parking for two cars.

Lovely accom at a great location
Very clean & comfy, had everything we needed. Great location, very quiet while we were there, short walk to beach and shops at Shoal Bay. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location
We were overall happy with the property. The location was beautiful and convenient, we loved that we could just walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. One thing that needs fixing is the door handles in the place but other then that we had a great time.

Fantastic apartment. Everything you need. So close to the waterfront of shoal bay. Maybe wifi could be included in the cost of renting this fabulous townhouse.

Cleanliness
There was not enough attention to the cleanliness of the unit. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty and the basin upstairs still had scum in it and the bbq was even worse. We had to clean before we could use. This was not good enough as you state in your documents that this is a requirement and if it is not done then there would be a charge. This was clearly not done before we arrived. We have left the unit and bbq in a better state than when we arrived.
