Nice clean hotel. Close to Universal Studios. Parking had Tesla charging in the garage and Superchargers right next to the hotel. Only 2 complaints. The daily parking rate quoted on Hotels.com said $39 but hotel charged $47 + taxes. The person at the front desk did take care of this for me which was great. The only other issue was it was very inconvenient to unload our luggage from our car. Because we did not want to do valet service we were told we could not park in front of the hotel lobby so we had to move to the other side of the roundabout. And when my 13 year-old daughter went and asked to get a luggage cart she was told she could not take one and that they would send someone over, but they never did. But overall, nice hotel.
