Terrific hotel~~~~

This hotel was terrific! Nice rooms, beds comfortable and the pillows heavenly. Food was served every morning and very nice. Always tipped the lady in charge of that. Maids that serviced the rooms very nice. Tipped them also. Just enjoyed the stay there and will go back again.

Terrific hotel~~~

Was a terrific stay. Room was clean and supplied. Beds were very comfortable & pillows were heavenly. Breakfast was served every day and very nice. Always tipped the lady in charge of that. Also tipped the cleaning lady for her nice work too. We appreciated that. Will stay there again believe me. We were out of our home due to no electricity from the fires. 4 days we stayed there as my daughter needed to plug in devices due to her health problems.

I loved this hotel. I stayed there with my family on vacation and I was fascinated by how easy the parking was, how clean it was, how friendly it was, especially how pet friendly it was, the rooms were so clean and organized that when we returned we stayed here again and from now on it will always be our hotel in Los Angeles! The cleanliness was great. But the beds were hard and pillows were lumpy. Also, other customers were on the phone in the hallway and I could clearly hear their conversation through and into my room. Very thin doors.

We had trouble with one of the TVs. Received a text indicating to reply with any issues. I did reply about the TV and no one ever came or contacted us about it. There were two tvs and the other was fine so we did not make a stink. But to offer a method of getting help and then apparently not listening to that, that was pretty frustrating.
