It’s was nice and clean. Good location. I didn’t like that I paid for surprise packages for my partner and it wasn’t in the room when I arrived and then I called front desk about it and and still took over 2 or 3 hours for it to show up. Then at that point it ruined it being a surprise.

Never again. Door was jammed to our room. Bathroom sink stopped up. Banging all night while they set up for a wedding. Pool close at 7, not good for guest.

Great property the staff was very helpful and It was safe there were 2 gates that operated 24/7 foods, clubs, shops, and beach within walking distance a couple caveat there was a lot of construction going on and the temperature control in the rooms are not that good either Its cold or humid also the shower design isn’t the best but other than that 2 thumbs up from me

The Morgan resort and spa is a beautiful well kept modern hotel, staff was always very friendly and helpful upon our arrival they put us on the first floor which was stairing every noise and person at the pool side and dinning area for the salt restaurant which I disliked and complained about and upon my second complaint they readily moved us without any problem and the n cut morning called and checked to ensure we were pleased with our upgrade. I absolutely love the great, helpful friendly staff there I would highly recommend it not much restaurant food restaurant but you have the neighboring sand bar and sandy for food options. Lastly this hotel provides free pick up shuttles for their guest to and from airport which loads up every 30mins or less.

Besides the property being clean & super convenient the staff is amazing. Navi, Winston, Chelsea....everyone we encountered was super friendly and so professional. The food is great, drinks were great.....we love it there.

I stayed at the Morgan Resort for 4 days and from the time I came here, I felt safe, well taken cared of & well fed! Solo traveling can be scary, but there was never a moment when I felt uncomfortable. The hotel itself is a 10/10! The food & drinks 11/10 & the staff 11/10!! Everyone here is absolutely amazing. I will be returning! Shout out to Nick at the bar for making the best drinks.
