This trip we had asked for a fold up bed (after check in) for our 4yr old but were told there was a extra cost of about $100 which was disappointing as other hotels we’ve stayed at have never charged for this service. Other than that, location is great and all the services are wonderful.

Downtown Singapore
Picked this hotel for its location for a sporting event we were participating in. Ideal location, close to our event and within walking distance of many of Singapore's iconic landmarks. Room was very cleann and comfortable. I would have preferred some drawer space to unpack more, but that was a minor hindrance. Room was cleaned regularly and towels changed every day, despite hanging them up to participate in environmental program. Room was beyond our usual budget level, and meals very expensive by our normal expectations. US$18 for a poolside beer was a surprise, for sure.

A One Night Stand
We stayed 3 nights pre cruise. I booked it for the location but mostly for the view. I booked a Premium Marina Bay room but when I checked in they gave me a room on the 5th floor at the corner with no view, knowing that this was not what I paid for, I returned to the check in desk and was reassigned to the room I actually paid for with a fantastic view of the Bay on the 13th floor. There rooms are fabulous for location, views and comfortable beds, but there are no drawers and a very tiny closet space, making them one night stands.
