I already reviewed this property because I had 2 separate bookings. Let me just sum things up: it’s a great property with an extremely helpful and polite Staff, conveniently located with transportation available 24/7. The room is huge, the shower is huge, and the view from the window is gorgeous. What more could one want? This is a great choice!

We stayed for a week at the Pan Pacific, our room was quite large although couples will find there is little room to store your belongings so you may need to keep everything inside luggage. The room service food was wonderful and quick. The only criticism we had was the housekeeping staff were understaffed so often the room would be cleaned around 4-5pm. Our minibar also wasn't stocked 2 seperate days which was somewhat annoying considering it is a 5 star hotel. Overall we were very comfortable and would definately come back!
