Greeted by friendly lovely staff members who offered me their desk fan when I was feeling the heat while checking in. Love this beautiful hotel and they have accommodated my request for a higher floor and quiet room which is so quiet I slept very well throughout my 7 nights stay. The bed is so comfy and my room is just lovely and I got a sense of zen when I first walked in. Their iPad is a little fiddly to start with but once you get the gist of it, it was great and I was able to sign into my Netflix account to watch my fave shows and YouTube to listen to music while getting ready. My bathroom is a little tiny, would have given it a 5 star if it’s a little bigger for that price plus the air conditioning needs to be better throughout the hotel and especially the lifts and reception areas. Love your service and many thanks for the warm welcome Ana, Nas, Hadid, Syafiq, Janelle and Sawenthen!

The hotel is located in a convenient spot next to the Lau Pa Sat hawker center. It's also walking distance to the marina bay area. The room however needs improvement to the sound insulation. We were in room 439. It has a door to the adjacent room 438. We were able to hear the sound from that room quite clearly. The shower drainage also needs fixing. We had to keep the shower water flow low to prevent it overflow to the outside of the bath area.

For a hotel thats only been open 3 months… it was dirty, smelt and the suites were already shabby. Not good enough. The iPad system for room service did not work, towels were ordered and never arrived, the same for ordering of the cleaning service in general. Seans Cygent restaurant was sub par with bland food. The creme caramel is not a creme caramel that would be recognised in Europe. The price is expensive for what you get even by Singapore standards.

Stayed 12 nights. I think QT is still getting use to the building with a few maintenance issues but seemed to be on top of things. None impacted our stay and probably no one else's. My only knock on the place was the restaurant and bar/pool prices. Only ate one meal in the hotel and would have probably spent more afternoon time at the pool but the prices kept us away. That said the room price was fair and very nice that each day room service was skipped went towards reducing those pool side costs. More place should pick up on this idea.
