Amazing hotel in a fantastic location. Super walkable, train nearby, the hotel staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful, immediately took care of my luggage when I arrived and had it sent up to my room and the room was available early morning as I’d just gotten off a cruise. Would absolutely stay here again! The rooftop pool was another bonus, gorgeous spot and very much enjoyed spending late afternoons up there after walking around the city all day.

Greeted by friendly lovely staff members who offered me their desk fan when I was feeling the heat while checking in. Love this beautiful hotel and they have accommodated my request for a higher floor and quiet room which is so quiet I slept very well throughout my 7 nights stay. The bed is so comfy and my room is just lovely and I got a sense of zen when I first walked in. Their iPad is a little fiddly to start with but once you get the gist of it, it was great and I was able to sign into my Netflix account to watch my fave shows and YouTube to listen to music while getting ready. My bathroom is a little tiny, would have given it a 5 star if it’s a little bigger for that price plus the air conditioning needs to be better throughout the hotel and especially the lifts and reception areas. Love your service and many thanks for the warm welcome Ana, Nas, Hadid, Syafiq, Janelle and Sawenthen!

Was a good hotel. But unfortunately I had booked 2 rooms for 3 guests each. I was charged for the additional 3rd guest in each room. But no sleeping arrangements were made for the additional paid guest. With ended up with the kids sleeping on the hard floor. Was refunded for the extra guest fee but at the end of the day it was still a very uncomfortable stay for my extra guests in each room. Then the AC leaked all over my iPad on the night stand.

Breakfast was disappointing
My family and I arrived early from the cruise ship. Our rooms were not ready, but that wasn't a problem because we were informed of this, and we were able to leave our bags and enjoyed some sight-seeing. My stay included breakfast, but was confused with the menu because not all items were included. I ended up skipping the beverage and when the food arrived, it appeared skimpy, and I felt dissatisfied with the experience and the food. My family in another room didn't have breakfast included, and their breakfast seemed more appealing. Most hotels that include breakfast provide a buffet breakfast, so I was initially surprised. With the cost of the room, it would be better, if all items on the menu be available, and eliminate extra fees. I was so displeased, I didn't return for breakfast again.

This is a fantastic location as the QT is within a few blocks of the Raffles and Downtown train stations. Buses were located minutes away as well. MBS is about a 15-minute walk if you don't feel like catching public transport. The hawker market is literally on its doorstep, providing delicious food options for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack. The 7-11 is a few steps away as well. Our room was comfortable and the high ceilings made it feel spacious. The pool area is a nice place to relax, especially when it's raining. We would definitely return and also recommend the QT Singapore as a great home base.

Had a lovely 4 day stay! Loved everything about this hotel and would absolutely return. Highlight is the food market right next store and the convenient location. Staff was excellent and the room was comfortable. The ONLY thing I didn’t like is if you go to the washroom in the middle of the night, it illuminates the whole room lol! Would recommend!
