The air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy.
There was no option for filling up water bottles.
The hotel stank of cigarette smell all of the time compared to other hotels.
We arrived at 1pm and they asked for money to check in earlier without even checking if our room was available.

The property was in a convenient location but the place needs a makeover and the staff at the shops need replacing. They were rude, grumpy and couldn’t care less.
The tipping system was supposed to drive better service and I can tell you it is mostly not happening. Very disappointed in the food quality, taste and service and it was not only at this property.

"The property location is excellent. Within a walking distance is a beautiful vineyard, a great place for photos. There were a lot of kangaroos running around. The property itself is old and in need of much more care. The cleanliness was not so good, bathroom sink’s stained and not cleaned properly. ..."
