The Point, 5, 5-7 Mitchell Street large balcony with great water views

This spacious unit has a lovely large sun drenched balcony with excellent water views looking straight out the headlands.  One flight of stairs leads you to the unit which is fully self contained with two bedrooms (both having ceiling fans), bathroom with bath and separate toilet, internal laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer and one secure undercover car space located under the complex and one off street car space at the rear of the complex.  Relax by the pool or take a stroll down to the local shops, restaurants and Marina.

The Point has been a favourite holiday destination in Soldiers Point for many years due to the position, although you are across the road from the water the views are only filtered by some lovely trees and the tranquility that is on offer at Soldiers Point is second to none.

Great location. Pity about the noisy flying foxes at night. as there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. You cannot leave a window open because of the incessant noise.
