The staff was great! They were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Upon our night check in we were given information about the area, restaurants, and attractions which was really helpful. The staff brought extra pillows and towels upon request. The hotel store sold snacks, beer, water, etc. a bit expensive but convenient. The breakfast was good and had a wide array of options. The hotel was very clean including the room, breakfast area, and lobby. Our room included plates and silverware and a pullout couch perfect for a child or teen. The day manager was helpful and accommodating when we needed to park out rental car for a few hours. Overall the area was good and safe. Walking distance to many attractions including Air and Space museum, Capitol, and Library of Congress.

The Hotel ran an inventory and the room I booked was eliminated earlier this year. The hotel failed to advise you .....so I got to the hotel, they had my name but no room allocated. I was put in a single room for one night. the next day I saw the manager, she fixed the error and I got upgraded to a two bedroom suite, the Desk Manager Lyn is my Customer service recovery hero

Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and catered to kids & adults. Good location. My only complaint would be room lighting.. felt living space & bedroom could have been brighter. But it was great stay. My kids lived the pool.

Traveling with 3 kids, the staff is Amazing! Beds and rooms exceeded expectations. Breakfast was wonderful. Metro located just around the corner (0.2 Mi). Very safe! My only complaint is there’s not a lot of grocery or restaurant options super close. Lots of options about 0.5-0.6 miles away. They do have a great little gift shop that has all of the essential groceries just at a premium price! They do offer grocery pick up and drop off which could be an option for some.
