Not sure who is getting the one star (zero stars really). I booked through Expedia. When I arrived at the property I was told they were sold out and had notified Expedia. I did get notified (by email) however I was driving and notifications were silenced. I contacted Expedia about how unhappy I was. I CONTINUE to get notifications about my “stay” at this hotel, funny since they were sold out so I didn’t stay there. Communication between Expedia and the properties they are “selling” needs a lot of work!

I can write about what didn't like about Homewood Suites by Hilton. We booked our stay through Expedia from September 07th to 08th of September. We booked 2 adults and 2 kids. We booked a room with one queen bed with one sofa bed. The queen bed is for my wife and me, and the sofa bed is for our kids. When I opened the sofa bed to put the kids to bed, there was NO BED SHEET, NO BLANKET, AND NO PILLOW. When my wife and daughter went downstairs to ask for bed sheets, blankets, and pillows, the front desk staff did not help. She said there were no extra pillows or blankets. The only thing she said have a bed sheet. That is also what my wife had after a long argument. The front desk lady was very rude to my wife. End up I put my kids to sleep with my wife in the queen bed. I have to sleep my self in the sofa bed without a blanket and pillows. Also, the sofa bed was in very bad condition. The next day morning my back was very painful. We all came to New York to catch a Cruise. It took me almost 2 days rid of my back pain. When I went down to the front desk to check out the next day morning, I spoke to the front desk lady and explained to her what happened the night before, she also didn't care at all. Simply she said she couldn't do anything because I booked it through Expedia. She was also very rude to me as well. Both front desk staff are very rude and have no customer service at all. Please send both of them to customer service classes. I will never recommend it to anyone.
