Lovely building
Used for a Business trip. Lovely setting, fantastic building, although the room was a bit tired in terms of decor and the shower and toliet was very cramped, in a small bathroom, minus the sink, which was in the bedroom. Plus side, was a warm welcome and breakfast was good.

Lovely stay
Lovely stay - Room comfortable and spacious, bathroom new and modern. Breakfast cooked to order - very good except the toaster which needs updating. Area lovely - easy walk to town(yummy evening meal at the Globe Inn), grounds beautiful, few flies in room from trees - sorted with spray. Happy to recommend

A Wonderful genuine Old Manor House
It's more of a home than a hotel, with a beautiful entrance hall with tapestries and display cases with stuffed birds. Our bedroom was enormous. The breakfast was good. The owners and staff were friendly and welcoming. We stayed only one night, I would loved to have stayed longer.

Nice County House in peaceful surroundings.
We arrived to a friendly greeting from Pauline and various cats and dogs, which we felt was lovely, being pet lovers ourselves. The room was clean, with a nice view of the Kitchen garden. Plenty of choice for Breakfast, and a chat with Owen. I feel I should mention the Clock in the hall, which chimes every hour, even through the night.!! It's not a DONG but a TING TING, and you soon get used to it. Also a Cocktail starts at 4 o'clock, but again, it didnt bother us. Overall, a pleasant stay.
