Exceptional location and property. Photos do not do it justice. The beach is beautiful and perfect for swimming and snorkelling, it gets deep quickly so may not be the best for families or people who can’t swim. Staff were all lovely and attentive. We stayed in a beach bungalow which exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend this hotel.

There was absolutely nothing my husband and I didn’t love above about Sugar Beach. The entire staff not only anticipated our needs but fulfilled all our wants and desires. Dining options and the exquisite, delicious and decadent foods made it impossible to "stick to the diet." Everything is freshly prepared and always with a smile. We were there to celebrate our 10th Wedding anniversary and staff made sure it was memorable and special. Shia, Richanna, Winnie, Lawrencia, Clotee, Ames, Damius, Liam, Danny, Kandy, Moses, Yan and so many other enployees, staff and workers were absolute rockstar professionals to us who love their work at the resort. We will only stay at Sugar Beach when in St. Lucia! This highly trained staff know exactly how to make you feel like a VIP. It's a 10-star review and resort.

very nice resort , ocean front room was excellent, staff very friendly, disappointed in resort fees at restaurant at billing added considerable amount to final bill and cost of room service ,example 7 (seven) saute shrimp no sides $60 , also pool was drained and closed for repairs , felt like some kind of compensation was in order for no available pool

The surrounding areas are beautiful since hotel is located between the two mountains, beach is Cristal clear and beautiful color, the breakfast buffet is very nice and the Cane bar restaurant is delicious and excellent services. Staff is ok not the most courteous/friendly one but adécuate (except for Derby at the Bonte restaurant and all staff at Cane Bar, súper friendly and nice). I was expecting more from this hotel, I’m not disappointed but neither I’m impressed. I will stay here again just for the breathtaking views and the amazing beach.

Amazing property. Everyone was so friendly, food was great. Rooms were clean and had a beautiful view of the Pitons. Would highly recommend to stay here, you will love it!!

Very beautiful property. The food is not that great if you are looking for more authentic cuisine you will have to go off the property. I recommend the Becon Restaurant which is not too far maybe 10 minutes if that

The location and the staff made this an amazing trip. I honestly cannot wait to return. The beach bungalow was superb and a huge thank you to Michael and Macrena the butler , Terry the driver and Kingsley and William on the beach for service. The entire restaurant staff including Duane and Ilka at the Cane bar and everyone at Saltwood. Thanks for making this trip memorable.

Property, people and amenities are excellent. The food is 5 star quality! Rooms are very clean and spacious, 5 star! No benefits to being an Expedia gold member, but it’s was great

Excelente hotel ubicación privilegiada entre los pitons. Un buen servicio y las villas de lujo. El hotel es muy completo en lo que ofrece aunque es algo caro.

We came here on our honeymoon. The quality of service here is unlike any other place we have experienced in the Caribbean. The grounds and the nature is so nice and lush, just like out of a fairytale. The staff here are attentive and take the time to learn your names and get to know you. They took care of our needs and went above and beyond in every aspect, from calling us shuttles, to helping us get the jelly out of the coconuts, to telling us about the lovely island. The beach is gorgeous and all the facilities are very tasteful. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The property is located at a beautiful location. The water is beautiful for snorkeling. The room had bed bugs, and our last night we decided to not get turn down service and we found cockroaches running in the room. Some staff are extremely rude. The food and service at the beach are horrible, on three different days they messed up our order, not to mention the food is not good. We did share the concerns after which everything got worse. This is not a 5 star resort.
